Refund policy
- We are currently accepting UK orders only.
- All orders received within normal business hours will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of purchase.
- All orders eligible for free shipping (£35 and above) will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
- On checkout you will be given three shipping options. All orders including 5+ jars will automatically fall into the next shipping band due to increased weight.
- Food items are not returnable and non-refundable.
