Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 300ml of vegan cream (oat cream, full fat coconut cream or soya cream)
  • 80g of vegan white chocolate (melted)
  • 30g Coconut, Macadamia & Almond Butter
  • Raspberries
  • Coconut chips

METHOD

  1. Beat the vegan cream with handheld mixer until light and fluffy.
     
  2. Pour in the melted and slightly cooled white chocolate. Add the Coconut, Macadamia & Almond Butter. 

  3. Mix until combined.

  4. Transfer to a serving glasses and let it chill for 30 minutes.

  5. Top with fresh raspberries, coconut chips and chopped white chocolate.
